• In improvement projects, you actively participate, for example in new line balancing of production lines, and contribute your own ideas for process optimization
• When introducing new products, you take on project tasks related to workplace design, work processes, and accompanying change processes in the sense of change management
• In the area of lean management and logistics optimization, you support ongoing projects and, if desired, take on the management of individual sub-projects
• By designing operating equipment and aids, you contribute to the introduction and improvement of technologies as well as testing and assembly processes in production
• With creative solution approaches, you help achieve quantum leaps in quality and productivity

• Your studies with a technical focus, for example in mechatronics, electrical engineering, business informatics, physics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field, form the basis for your work with us
• Complex issues and software-based solution approaches inspire you as much as independently developing new solution paths
• With project management experience, you enjoy presenting results to different target groups
• In both spoken and written form, you have very good German and good English skills
• Through your strong analytical and conceptual abilities, you work in a structured and independent manner and bring a high degree of initiative
