• In our 18-month rotation program, you will gain comprehensive insight into various production and quality areas at TRUMPF in Germany and abroad. You will shape your individual development path and then start in your target position
• In targeted assignments in the areas of manufacturing & assembly, industrial engineering, production planning and control, production logistics, as well as quality management and assurance, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire value chain
• As an active part of challenging projects, you will drive our value creation towards digitalization, efficiency, lean processes, and outstanding quality. In the process, you will learn the TRUMPF lean methodology "SYNCHRO" as well as quality standards (e.g., ISO9001) and apply them directly in practice
• By participating in various projects, you will explore our international value creation network – from our headquarters in Ditzingen to our production sites in North America, China, and India
• In close exchange with internal departments, you will contribute ideas, coordinate work packages, and actively contribute to cross-functional initiatives. In doing so, you will continuously build a global network within the organization and will also be supported by an experienced manager as a mentor

• You have completed your Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Management, or a comparable course of study with very good grades
• You have gained practical experience in production or quality management, for example through internships or first professional experience. You also have initial international experience, such as a semester abroad or an internship
• Your analytical approach helps you optimize quality and production processes and understand complex relationships in international value networks. Initial experience with SAP, Solidworks, Xplain, JMP, or comparable tools is helpful
• With your strong communication skills in German and English, you are able to convey complex issues clearly and in a target-group-oriented manner
• Independent and goal-oriented work characterizes your approach
