• In the 18-month rotation program, gain insight into various HR areas at TRUMPF in Germany and abroad, help shape your own development path and then start in your permanent position
• In HR Services, gain insight into HR processes, HR systems and policies and help shape global HR services
• In HR Controlling, work with key figures and learn how data-based insights steer strategic HR initiatives
• In Learning & Development, support learning concepts, leadership programs and talent programs
• In HR Business Partnering, support experienced colleagues in advising managers, start your own projects and expand your international network

• Successfully completed master's degree in HR or business, such as business administration, psychology, HR management, economics or industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• First practical experience in areas such as recruiting, people development, HR analytics or HR operations, plus first international experience, for example a semester abroad or an internship
• Analytical and digital skills with data, Excel, Power BI and HR tech systems
• Proactive willingness to learn and the wish to take responsibility, structured project work from scoping to scope management
• Strong communication skills in German and English as well as empathy
