Working Student Corporate Processes & Systems – Order-to-Cash AfterSales (SS27)

Working student role at TRUMPF in Ditzingen: you take part in global process optimisation projects in Order-to-Cash AfterSales. Start: summer semester 2027, duration: 6 months.

• Take part in global process optimisation projects in Order-to-Cash AfterSales and follow the whole process from order entry to invoicing
• Support the handling of returns and repairs
• Actively help develop new processes, methods and tools in order management, service logistics and supply chain management
• Support the analysis of existing sales and logistics processes
• Support communication and network building with internal sales companies

• Studying economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable field
• Ideally first practical experience in process management focused on sales & service, logistics or supply chain management
• Affinity for IT and good SAP knowledge, especially in the SD, CS, MM and EWM modules
• Very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing
• Structured and independent way of working, quick understanding and high reliability
