Apprenticeship Medical Assistant (MFA)

In our occupational health centre you actively shape daily processes and learn to use our IT systems safely. You assist with occupational health examinations – e.g. blood sampling, hearing and vision tests, resting and stress ECGs, lung function tests. Through careful documentation of examination results you contribute to high-quality customer care. Together with our company doctors you work both in the centre and on assignments in the Hamburg/Schleswig-Holstein area. You also handle preparation and follow-up of documents and certificates, and appointment scheduling and coordination.

• Actively shape daily processes in the occupational health centre and use IT systems securely
• Assist with occupational health examinations (blood sampling, hearing/vision tests, ECGs, lung function tests)
• Careful documentation of examination results
• Accompany company doctors in the centre and on external assignments in the Hamburg/Schleswig-Holstein area
• Prepare and follow up documents, certificates, schedule and coordinate appointments

• At least a secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss) with very good grades in German, Mathematics and Science, or an intermediate school certificate (Realschulabschluss)
• Confident and routine use of PC and common programs (e.g. MS Office)
• Enjoy working with people, service- and customer-oriented approach
• Clear communication, teamwork and an independent, careful working style – especially for administrative tasks
• Interest in varied indoor/outdoor work in the region and a class B driving licence
