• Independent support and administration of residential and commercial tenancies as well as other usage relationships, including advice to existing tenants and interested parties
• Processing of ongoing rental matters and coordination of deadlines, dates, and follow-ups
• Creation and maintenance of rental contracts and contract documents as well as preparation of contract amendments, extensions, and rent adjustments
• Examination and processing of rental legal matters, in particular defect notifications and contract violations, and implementation of agreed measures
• Execution of rental-related accounting including verification of operating and ancillary costs, invoice processing, and clarification of accounting discrepancies
• Maintenance and evaluation of rental, property, and contract data as well as ensuring complete and structured documentation
• Conducting regular property inspections as well as organization of handovers and acceptances
• Creation of evaluations, reports, and overviews as well as participation in the optimization of processes and procedures

• Completed commercial training, preferably in the field of real estate management
• Relevant professional experience in the real estate industry, particularly in rental or property management
• Good knowledge of rental and contract management as well as operating and ancillary cost accounting
• Good IT application skills; knowledge of Haufe and/or SAP RE-FX an advantage
• Strong communication and service orientation as well as confident demeanor
• Independent, structured, and team-oriented way of working
• Initiative and willingness to pursue professional development
