Nursing Expert Advanced Practice Nurse Clinic for Vascular and Endovascular Surgery

To meet our high standards every day, we look forward to your professional expertise in nursing at the Clinic for Vascular and Endovascular Surgery. Here, acute and chronic vascular diseases are treated using non-operative, open surgical, and minimally invasive procedures. The clinic's specialties include diseases of the aorta, circulatory disorders, aneurysms, and venous diseases – ideally with you! As a member of the multidisciplinary team, you work on the continuous improvement of patient care. Through your professional professionalism and structured way of working, you excellently implement nursing science requirements and can demonstrate these through your experience and competencies. In your role as an APN, you also consider the patient treatment pathway and focus on intensive care interfaces.

Development of the clinical APN role for the specialty of the Clinic for Vascular and Endovascular Surgery in inter- and intraprofessional collaboration and subsequent implementation. (Further) development of evidence-based nursing practice and corresponding promotion of person-centered, high-quality nursing taking into account nursing science findings and principles. Forming an interface between medical representatives and nursing. Patient support and coordination throughout the entire stay. Professional (further) development and promotion of the team. Scientific, conceptual, and project-related activities. Support of projects and process optimizations.

A completed nursing science or comparable degree. Pronounced professional and social competence. Commitment, sense of responsibility, and willingness to cooperate. Regular participation in further education and training measures.

Active participation in shaping the integration of academically trained nursing professionals into clinical practice. Involvement in internal and external network meetings of nursing experts (APN). Work in an innovative clinic that has already established interprofessional projects within the framework of 'UKM Magnet'. Permanent position, full-time with 38.5 hours per week, remuneration according to qualifications and task assignment in accordance with TV-L (public sector collective agreement).
