• Planning, implementation and documentation of individual, patient-oriented care
• Monitoring patient condition and early detection and escalation of relevant changes
• Performance of nursing measures, including mobilization, nutrition, airway, skin and wound care, and excretion management
• Participation in diagnostic and therapeutic measures and medication administration per physician order
• Counseling and guidance of patients and relatives and support with discharge planning
• Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, therapists and other professional groups
• In the central OR: instrumenting during surgical procedures of various disciplines

• Successfully completed three-year training as a nursing specialist (gn*) or a comparable recognized qualification
• OR: Completed training as an operating room technician (OTA) (gn*) or nursing specialist with OR experience
• Central emergency department: specialist further training in emergency nursing or willingness to complete it
• Sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
• Openness to different tasks and care areas
