About this Apprenticeship
Fixed-term for 8 months, up to 10 hours per week, paid according to TV-L E3. In the UKM personnel service you support the team with administrative HR processes.
What You'll Learn
- Maintaining and updating personnel data in SAP, e.g. recording sick leave
- Support with administrative HR measures, especially hiring and applications
- Documenting and filing documents in the digital personnel file
- Preparing and sending contract and hiring documents
- Scheduling and general support for the team
- Support with other organisational and administrative tasks in daily business
Requirements
- Valid enrolment at a university
- Structured, careful and reliable way of working
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Ideally first experience with SAP; knowledge of SuccessFactors is an advantage
