Master's Thesis in Clinical Pharmacology: Mechanistic Study of Oxidative Stress by CYP2B6 in Breast Cancer Cells

• Cell culture (T47D breast cancer cells with stable CYP2B6 expression)
• ROS measurements using fluorescence-based assays
• Biocatalysis using fluorescence-based assays and HPLC-MS/MS
• Cell biology methods to study cell viability and proliferation

• Bachelor's in biology or biotechnology
• Experience in cell culture and sterile work is desired
• Interest in pharmacology, toxicology and cell biology
