Permanent Night Duty Intensive and Emergency Care (Adults/Paediatrics)

Nursing professionals are wanted for night duty in intensive and emergency care (adults and paediatrics) in the absence and relief management nursing area in Lübeck. Deployment is flexible based on your profile, in close agreement with your team lead.

• Clear agreements and close communication with your responsible team lead
• Depending on your qualification, you are deployed flexibly at changing wards
• We also welcome your active support and input in nursing and organisational processes
• You work mainly between 21:00 and 06:30

• A completed training as a health and nursing professional, nursing specialist, or paediatric nurse
• Ideally with a specialist qualification and / or experience from different areas of intensive and emergency care (adult and paediatric)
• Enjoyment of variety: you do not mind working mainly night shifts and frequent, sometimes spontaneous changes of work area and team
• An independent way of working and a high level of social skills and empathy towards patients
