About this Apprenticeship
The UKSH relief pool offers nursing professionals, nursing assistants, paramedics, midwives, anesthesia technical assistants (ATA), operating technical assistants (OTA), and medical assistants (MFA) the opportunity for a permanent (re-)entry with a working time model of your choice and possibilities, as well as orientation for a new start. The basic requirement is a presence of at least 4 hours per shift and per week up to a maximum of 38.5 hours/week. Are you a qualified nurse looking for a working time model that adapts to your personal needs? Do you want to combine work, family, studies, or your work-life balance? Then apply now! With us, you can determine the times of day and days of the week according to your ideas. The UKSH supports you in your professional (re-)entry and prepares you for a (new) start. Employment as a nursing specialist takes place within a reliable employment relationship. Your deployment is needs-adapted and according to your suitability within our failure and relief management on various nursing units or in our functional areas by fixed agreement. You will be accompanied during onboarding by our practice instructors according to an individual, pool-specific onboarding concept. Join our team and support us at the earliest possible date.
What You'll Learn
A pool-specific onboarding concept for deployment on changing wards or in changing functional areas. Supportive and compensatory nursing activities within your qualifications and working hours. Clear agreements and close communication with team leaders and practice instructors. Duty roster security. We also look forward to your active support and co-design of nursing and organizational processes.
Requirements
A 3-year training as a qualified health and nurse, health and children's nurse, nursing specialist, geriatric nurse, nursing assistant, paramedic, midwife, anesthesia technical assistant, operating technical assistant, or medical assistant, and ideally a completed specialist further training or already some experience in nursing. High willingness to work and the necessary flexibility regarding changing wards and working hours.
