Marketing Team Member

UKSH Akademie is seeking marketing support at its Lübeck campus to start as soon as possible. This part-time position currently involves 30 hours per week and initially provides parental leave cover until 17 September 2028.

• Build enthusiasm for healthcare careers and actively recruit future apprentices and students.
• Plan, organise and run external and internal fairs and school events.
• Help create UKSH Akademie's annual marketing plan and independently carry it out.
• Work closely with training market organisations and relevant teams at schools and UKSH.
• Help develop content for printed materials, promotional gifts and online channels.

• Completed vocational training or a university degree, preferably in marketing, event management or a commercial field.
• Some initial experience in relevant areas of work.
• A practical approach, organisational skills, sales ability, an understanding of target audiences and flexibility with working times.
• Enjoyment of speaking with people interested in training, plus enthusiasm for healthcare careers and the hospital working environment.
• A category B driving licence; you will travel around Schleswig-Holstein in a company car.
