About this Apprenticeship
Relief management at Campus Lübeck. The work should help care for patients in nursing and achieve the goals of the work area, with special regard to the goals of UKSH, the clinic and the nursing area. The internal nursing pool supports within relief management. Personal and professional development goals are set together. Permanent employment starting at the earliest possible date.
What You'll Learn
- Daily blood draws and blood gas analyses and placing peripheral venous catheters
- Independently recording ECGs
- On-demand support of our wards as a bedside sitter in normal care, after the onboarding phase
- Support in patient care
- Your onboarding takes place within a reliable employment relationship and includes theoretical and practical parts
Requirements
- Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) / MFA
- Ideally already experience in nursing
- High level of commitment and motivation
- Flexibility to work in different stations / areas
What Universitätsklinikum Schleswig-Holstein offers
- Grading up to pay group E 6 TV-L, if the collective agreement requirements are met
- Full-time employment, currently 38.5 hours / week; part-time work may be possible within certain working time models
- Free in-house training and further education
