About this Apprenticeship
The service team works across the hospital wards and makes an important contribution to the well-being of our patients.
What You'll Learn
- Friendly and competent contact person for patients and relatives regarding organizational and service-related matters
- Organization and coordination of meal services while taking individual needs into account
- Support with material logistics, such as ordering, distributing and providing consumables
- Support with the admission and discharge process, including patient check-in and check-out
- Implementation of hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP
Requirements
- Experience in service or interest in working in healthcare; career changers are very welcome
- Friendly, service-oriented and empathetic manner when dealing with patients and relatives
- Organizational skills and team spirit
- Confident use of IT systems and willingness to learn quickly
- Coordination skills and reliability
- Good spoken and written German
- Willingness to work weekends and shifts
