Student Assistant as Contact Center Agent

The Contact Center (telephone exchanges of the university and university hospital) serves as the first point of contact for extension -29-0 and is responsible for connecting over 20,000 lines in selected areas.

Connecting incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Providing general information via database. Processing and forwarding incoming emails to the designated departments. Willingness to work late, weekend, and holiday shifts is required.

Valid enrollment at a university. Service and customer orientation. Strong communication skills and good handling of stressful situations. Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage. English or other foreign languages are an advantage. Solid IT/EDP skills and proficiency in Office applications.
