Apprenticeship as Office Management Clerk

At Tübingen University Hospital, state-of-the-art medicine meets strong organization. During the three-year apprenticeship you get to know all aspects of modern office work, go through different commercial areas, take on responsibility early and work actively in a team. The school part takes place at the vocational school in Tübingen. The employer pays the travel costs. Depending on your interest, you can shape the elective qualification module yourself, e.g. in human resources or assistance / secretarial work.

• Organization and coordination of office and business processes
• Handling correspondence and digital documents
• Appointment and event planning
• HR tasks such as payroll and application management
• Accounting, controlling and cost management
• Working with modern communication and information systems
• Customer-oriented support of internal and external contacts

• Good intermediate school certificate (mittlere Reife) or (technical) Abitur
• Interest in commercial processes
• Enjoyment of organization, communication and teamwork
• Reliability, willingness to learn and sense of responsibility
