• With your purchasing expertise and strategic perspective, you will play a key role in the development of international procurement strategies and the procurement of commercial products across the Vaillant Group at optimal cost, high quality, and reliably. You will contribute to successful product launches, supply continuity, and sustainable business performance by collaborating with international teams and suppliers.
• By monitoring procurement markets and trends, you will build a competitive and reliable supplier portfolio, develop and implement international category-based procurement strategies.
• You will ensure the early involvement of suppliers in new product development projects and coordinate procurement activities. You will contribute to achieving project milestones, cost, quality, and time-to-market targets.
• You will be responsible for the evaluation, selection, development, and performance monitoring of suppliers. You will identify potential risks and ensure compliance with quality and delivery requirements.
• You will conduct negotiations on prices, commercial terms, and supplier contracts, identify cost improvement opportunities, and contribute to achieving procurement budget targets.
• You will coordinate purchasing activities for series production in collaboration with Quality, Supply Chain, and other relevant teams. In this context, you will be responsible for material price updates, tracking supplier-related quality and delivery issues, and managing purchasing data.
