In the afternoon you conduct phone calls with potential new customers and provide support for existing customers. Before the last appointment you check emails and help specialist craftsman Meier with a heat exchanger problem. Sales of high-quality products from the entire product portfolio at Vaillant partners (specialist craftsmen) taking regional conditions into account to drive the heat pump transformation. New customer acquisition as well as development and retention of customers. Annual strategic planning for the sales territory. Targeted and scalable customer retention measures. Support of customers within the internal network as a competent contact person.

Successfully completed technical training, preferably in house/supply engineering or alternatively a commercial training combined with high technical affinity. Several years of professional experience in sales (ideally field service) and good knowledge of technical products in the heating technology industry. Personal responsibility, proactivity, independence and team skills as well as pronounced service orientation and communication strength. Familiar handling of MS Office programs like Excel and PowerPoint as well as tablets and smartphones. Residence in the Heilbronn area.
