About this Apprenticeship
As a customer service technician, you represent Vaillant at customers' premises and service heating appliances and heat pumps. Your working day starts and ends at home, with no trips to the office.
What You'll Learn
- Find faults, resolve breakdowns, and maintain and repair heating equipment.
- Provide expert, practical answers to technical questions from Vaillant partners.
- Prepare digital reports to keep work running smoothly for you and your customers.
- Find safe, effective solutions to problems and advise customers when needed.
- Provide daytime on-call service on rotating weekends, with good additional pay and no round-the-clock on-call duty.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems mechanic, gas and water installer, refrigeration and air conditioning installer, heating installer or electrical installer.
- Several years of experience in plumbing, heating and air conditioning, plus some experience as a customer service technician.
- A strong focus on customer service, a sales mindset and excellent communication skills in German.
- You live in the service area or are willing to relocate.
- A category B driving licence and basic computer skills.
