As an electronics technician for industrial engineering with a focus on automation and control technology, you ensure the high availability of Vaillant Group's highly automated production plants and manufacturing lines.

• As an electronics technician for industrial engineering with a focus on automation and control technology, you ensure the high availability of our highly automated production plants and manufacturing lines
• Your focus is systematic troubleshooting and fault repair on PLC-controlled systems, drive systems and networked automation and production systems
• You analyze electrical, control and process-related faults and derive lasting measures to prevent them
• By diagnosing sensors, actuators, frequency converters, servo and drive systems, you ensure short response times and minimal downtime
• You support the commissioning, optimization and modernization of production plants as well as modifications of existing control and automation systems
• Together with the departments, you contribute to continuous improvement processes to increase plant availability, process stability and productivity
• You document faults, measures and technical changes in the relevant maintenance systems and technical documents

• Qualification: You have successfully completed vocational training in an electrical trade, for example as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, industrial electrician or electrician
• Experience: You have practical experience with control systems such as Siemens SIMATIC S7/TIA Portal and ideally other PLC systems
• Know-how & skills: Knowledge of drive technology, especially frequency converters, servo drives and their diagnostic options, rounds off your profile
• Nice to have: Experience in production plant environments and knowledge of energy supply, building or industrial technology are an additional advantage
• Language skills: You have good written and spoken German to create technical documentation and communicate confidently with colleagues and external specialists
