About this Apprenticeship
As a Vaillant customer service technician, you will visit customers in the Dresden area to maintain and repair heating equipment. Your working day starts and ends at home. The role includes daytime on-call duties on rotating weekends.
What You'll Learn
- Identify faults, resolve problems, and maintain and repair heating equipment
- Act as a knowledgeable, solution-focused contact for Vaillant partners with technical questions
- Create digital reports to ensure a smooth process for you and your customers
- Find safe, effective solutions to problems and advise customers when needed
- Take part in well-paid daytime on-call duties on rotating weekends, with no round-the-clock on-call requirement
Requirements
- Qualifications: Completed vocational training as a plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems mechanic, gas and water installer, refrigeration and air conditioning installer, heating installer or electrical installer
- Experience: Several years of experience in plumbing, heating and air conditioning, plus some experience as a customer service technician
- Personality and approach: A strong service focus, a sales-minded approach and excellent communication skills in German
- Residence: You live in the Dresden area so you can reach customers quickly, or you are willing to relocate
- Driving licence and IT: A category B driving licence and basic experience using computers
