About this Apprenticeship
As a customer service technician (m/f/d), you represent the Vaillant brand with our customers on site. You work on maintenance and fault repair of heating units and heat pumps. Your working time starts and ends at your home.
What You'll Learn
- Quick troubleshooting, fault repair, maintenance and repairs in heating technology
- You are a competent, solution-oriented contact person for Vaillant partners with technical questions
- Creating digital reports makes things run smoothly for you and your customers
- You find safe and competent solutions to problems and, when needed, give service-oriented advice to our customers
- On-call duty on alternating weekends during the day (no 24/7 standby), which is of course paid attractively
Requirements
- Qualification: Completed training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning (m/f/d), gas/water installer (m/f/d), refrigeration and air conditioning technician (m/f/d), heating engineer (m/f/d) or electrical installer (m/f/d)
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in the SHK (sanitary, heating, air conditioning) field and initial professional experience as a customer service technician (m/f/d)
- Personality & working style: Strong service orientation, sales-oriented thinking and excellent communication skills in German
- Place of residence: By living in the area you can reach customers quickly, or alternatively you are willing to relocate
- Driving licence & IT: Class B driving licence and basic experience using a computer
