• In your role as Technical Trainer Heating Technology & Heat Pumps (m/f/d) you independently plan, develop and deliver technical product and system training for internal and external audiences
• Through practical training and workshops you explain complex technical content clearly and inspire skilled trades for modern heating systems
• Together with sales, service and other departments you identify qualification needs and continuously develop existing training concepts
• With modern learning methods, digital formats and audience-focused presentations you create lasting learning experiences and promote knowledge transfer into practice
• You regularly attend events, trade fairs and specialist forums and exchange ideas with customers, trade partners and master craftsperson schools – this closeness to target groups lets you recognize current needs and challenges early and feed them actively into the further development of our training concepts

• Experience: Several years of professional experience in the heating industry, for example in service, application engineering, technical support, training or sales
• You see yourself not only as a technical expert but above all as a knowledge communicator: you enjoy inspiring people, making learning content lively and achieving lasting learning success - technical know-how in heating technology and heat pumps is the basis of your trainer role
• You also win us over personally through initiative, self-organization and a structured, pragmatic way of working
• Qualification: Completed technical vocational training, ideally in heating, air conditioning, electrical or supply technology - further training as a master craftsperson (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or a degree is an advantage
• Mobility / willingness to travel: Direct exchange with customers and work in our local training centers are a major part of this role – regular business trips are therefore a fixed part of it. Forward-looking planning and hybrid working options ensure that travel and personal planning can be combined well.
