About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Support error analysis and help keep the IT landscape running
- Handle user requests and create documentation
- Develop and adapt software solutions, administer networks and systems or carry out IT projects
- Take on your own tasks and work on real projects
Requirements
- Qualification: you are close to finishing school (Fachoberschulreife, Fachhochschulreife or Allgemeine Hochschulreife) or have already completed it successfully
- Interest in IT and technology: you are passionate about computers, digital technologies and technical connections
- Internships: ideally you already have first experience with IT topics
- Your talents: you like working in a structured way, are eager to learn and enjoy analyzing problems and developing solutions. Teamwork and communication skills round off your profile
