• You analyze and process technical and functional customer inquiries regarding the VEDA HR Suite.
• You take responsibility for finding solutions and coordinate with the relevant departments when needed in the interest of our customers.
• You analyze error patterns, assess causes and coordinate further processing with the responsible departments.
• You explain technical contexts, solution paths and backgrounds to customers in a comprehensible way.
• You document solutions, work results and expertise in a structured manner and ensure their sustainable availability.
• You use databases and technical system information to analyze and process complex customer concerns.
• You support your colleagues through active knowledge sharing and joint processing of demanding issues.
• You continuously develop your professional and technical skills and actively shape changes in technologies, processes and ways of working.

• You have a completed apprenticeship or a degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
• You ideally bring experience in technical support, customer success or a comparable customer-oriented function.
• You enjoy solving challenging questions and approach challenges systematically. In dynamic situations you work in a structured way, set priorities and never lose sight of customer satisfaction.
• You do not see an unsolved problem as an obstacle but as an incentive.
• You understand technical contexts and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and technologies.
• You analyze complex issues in a structured way and develop sustainable solution approaches.
• You work confidently with digital applications, databases and IT systems.
• You communicate appropriately for the target audience and can convey technical matters understandably.
