Then seize your chance and start your training as an office management assistant (m/f/d) in combination with the Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with us. With the dual study program leading to a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration combined with vocational training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), you acquire two recognized qualifications in a short time and lay an important foundation for your later career entry at VRR. Our trainees as office management assistants learn, among other things, how to formulate texts for internal and external correspondence, design presentations or prepare payments taking payment conditions into account. In the Business Administration degree program, you initially deal with classic business administration. In the further course of your studies, the curriculum also includes the teaching of business and economic knowledge, business law expertise and the application of scientific methods. With this degree, you can be deployed flexibly in many areas at VRR – from marketing and controlling to public transport management. Possible specializations during your training as an office management assistant: You choose two specializations for your vocational training at the beginning: Commercial Control and Controlling, Marketing and Sales, Human Resources, Procurement and Logistics. Should you find that your chosen specializations do not suit you, you can change them during the course of your training.

You study 2-3 days per week in the evenings or on Saturdays for 7 semesters "Business Administration" at the FOM University of Applied Sciences. Possible study centers are Essen, Bochum, Dortmund, Duisburg or Düsseldorf. In parallel, you complete your IHK vocational training as an office management assistant (m/f/d) in the first 24 months. During this time you attend vocational school two days a week. On the remaining days, practical training takes place at our company. You will go through various training stations, gaining insights into our financial accounting, HR, marketing, customer service or public transport management. After successfully completing your IHK vocational training, you will already take on more responsibility and your own projects. For this you will receive remuneration above the training allowance.

You have successfully completed your Abitur (university entrance qualification) or Fachhochschulreife (technical college entrance qualification) with good grades. You bring a lot of initiative and are always ready to discover new things. You have a good feel for economic contexts and are interested in public transport (ÖPNV). You have a talent for communication and prefer working in a team to find solutions together. A sense of responsibility and reliability are a matter of course for you and complete your profile.

Attractive training remuneration according to TVAöD (VKA): 1st training year: €1,368.26, 2nd training year: €1,418.20, after 24 months: remuneration above the training allowance.
