You learn all processes in the store – from goods receipt through attractive presentation to direct sale of our products. You contribute your own ideas and creations and actively shape our fresh food counters. You advise our customers competently and friendly and acquire comprehensive knowledge about freshness, quality, and products. In the additional training as a Fresh Food Specialist, you can expect 21 practical seminar days in our Fresh Food Academy – for real expert knowledge about quality and freshness! Your apprenticeship lasts three years. After passing the exam, you are a certified Retail Management Assistant and additionally hold the qualification as a certified Fresh Food Specialist (IHK). In addition to vocational school, you attend practical seminars and receive thorough exam preparation, as only offered by Marktkauf – perfect for applying what you've learned directly in practice. In the seminars, you learn not only exam-relevant commercial topics but also deepen your expertise in product knowledge.
