About this Apprenticeship
This two-year apprenticeship provides knowledge of product expertise, sales, food quality and customer advice. In addition, you attend practical seminars and obtain the qualification of certified Fresh Food Specialist (IHK).
What You'll Learn
- Learn about store operations from goods receipt and presentation through to sales
- Contribute your own ideas and creations and help shape fresh food counters
- Advise customers competently and in a friendly manner
- Build extensive knowledge of freshness, quality and products
- Complete 21 practical seminar days at the Fresh Food Academy

- School-leaving certificate, regardless of school type
- Team spirit, willingness to work and reliability
- Enjoyment of customer contact and a confident manner
- Independence and a sense of responsibility
