Conductor as Working Student for our Ebbelwei-Expreß

Ride the Ebbelwei-Expreß from Hibbdebach to Dribbdebach and back: as a conductor you look after passengers, sell tickets and create a sociable ride. The company is looking for reinforcement of at least 10 hours per week.

• As a conductor you are the contact person in our exclusive Ebbelwei-Expreß and responsible for selling tickets on board
• You look after our passengers and serve everyone Schoppen, other drinks and salty snacks during the ride
• You ensure order and safety on board and give historical and interesting information about Frankfurt when needed
• After the ride you handle the settlement of sales and prepare the vehicle for the next trip
• You take part in events and represent the company at other customer contact points such as the Service Center, our info bus and info stands
• You work reliably and regularly on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, and during the week you take on hourly shifts for rentals, in the back office or at our customer contact points

• You call yourself a genuine Frankfurt original, even if you only moved here recently
• You are currently enrolled at a German university
• You enjoy talking in front of groups and bringing Frankfurt culture closer to passengers with your friendly and courteous manner (also in English)
• You approach your work with flexibility and willingness to work changing shifts, and are motivated by a strong service and customer focus
• You receive an intensive induction period that prepares you for the特 specifics of our tasks
