Working Student Corporate Account Management Retail

As a working student, you support the sales team in Corporate Account Management Retail.

• Operational sales support: You maintain leads, opportunities and contacts in the CRM, prepare and follow up on appointments, carry out follow-ups and track to-dos.
• Quote creation and tracking: In close coordination with specialist and delivery teams, you assist with calculations, documents and presentations.
• Reporting & insights: You support pipeline management and the preparation of sales forecasts.
• Research & customer relationship: You specifically identify new contacts at selected accounts in the retail sector and prepare them for the sales team.
• Enablement & materials: You create and update one-pagers, case slides, references and pitch decks in M365.
• Coordination & teamwork: You coordinate appointments, organize events and trade fairs in close coordination with partners and internal stakeholders, and are a firm part of a sales team where you support each other.

• Studies: You study business informatics, business administration, computer science or industrial engineering with a strong affinity for sales.
• Interest: With curiosity and commitment, you dive into customer topics around selected retail accounts.
• Office tools: You are proficient in Microsoft 365 and confident with data in Excel.
• Motivation: You have a strong interest in learning the basics of IT service sales.
• Experience: First experience with CRM systems, e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, and a basic understanding of sales processes and KPIs such as pipeline, conversion and forecast are helpful.
• AI competence: You are curious about artificial intelligence, use AI-supported tools in your daily work and build your skills step by step.
• Language skills: You communicate very confidently in German and English, spoken and written.
