Customer Advisor

Part-time position working 24 hours per week at a local VGH agency in Wunstorf. The role focuses on advising new and existing customers and providing personal service.

• Act as a contact person and guide for new and existing customers
• Advise customers on and sell VGH products
• Identify cross-selling and sales opportunities and recommend suitable solutions

Completed training as an insurance and financial investment clerk, insurance specialist, or a comparable qualification. Enjoyment of independently planning and implementing sales and advisory concepts, strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer experience, trustworthiness, fair advice, sales and customer orientation, and a Class B driving licence. Motivated career changers are welcome.
