Customer Advisor

You are the contact person and guide for our new and existing customers. You advise and sell VGH's high-performance products. You record customer claims, process them, and conduct on-site damage inspections.

Completed training as a management assistant for insurance and financial investments or as an insurance specialist or equivalent; enjoyment of independent planning and implementation of sales and consulting concepts; communicative and sociable; experience and enjoyment in dealing with customers; trustful cooperation, fair advice, and strong sales and customer orientation; car driving license (Class B). Motivated career changers are welcome.
