Accounts Receivable Accountant

Victor’s Group is seeking a full-time accounts receivable accountant to start as soon as possible at its central administrative office in Saarbrücken, Saarland.

• Prepare invoices for residents and funding bodies such as health, long-term care and pension insurance funds
• Post electronic bank statements
• Post payment advice transactions
• Act as a contact for employees of the senior care facilities and funding bodies
• Resolve discrepancies and prepare the required documentation

• Completed vocational training in business or administration
• Experience as an accountant and in financial accounting, ideally in accounts receivable
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally some SAP experience
• Business-fluent German, strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure, with an independent and structured approach to work
