• Ensure an individual way of life for our residents in all areas and support them in coping with everyday life

• Completed training in special needs education care and an adaptation course in treatment care for special needs education care, if the training began before August 2019. We are happy to support this further training if you are interested.
• Ideally some initial work experience, but we also gladly support career starters and returners
