Trainee Nursing Director

Our Landhaus Teistunger Hof is growing and needs reinforcement. As a trainee nursing director, you will be gradually introduced to leadership tasks in nursing management.

• You are gradually introduced to and coached on leadership tasks in nursing management by our nursing director over 12–18 months
• You support the planning, organization and coordination of the nursing team
• You help further develop our nursing and care concepts
• You help develop and implement resident-oriented workflow planning in rounds
• You support the creation of duty rosters
• You help us introduce the new nursing software from Medifox/Dan
• You support our team 50% of the time as a nursing specialist
• After successfully completing the probation period, we finance your part-time PDL further training

• A completed training as a nursing specialist (geriatric nurse or healthcare and nursing professional) with relevant work experience, or a completed nursing management degree
• First leadership experience as a ward manager, deputy nursing director or in quality management is desirable
• Empathy and strong social skills
• Strong ambition to keep developing
• Organizational talent, decisiveness and communication skills
