About this Apprenticeship

During the global S/4 HANA rollout, as a working student in Record to Report you support the Global Process Owner and Master Author in the global transformation of finance processes.

What You'll Learn

Project support: work closely with the Process Owner and Master Author and support the S/4 HANA rollout
Administrative support: prepare and follow up project meetings and workshops
International interface: communicate with the global Shared Service Center Accountings and help integrate them into the new processes
Process documentation & training: create, update and translate process documentation, training materials and SOPs
Quality assurance: help prepare and run system tests as well as data cleansing and maintenance

Requirements

Current studies: economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable degree programme
Language skills: fluent and confident in German and English (spoken and written), further languages are an advantage
IT affinity: quick grasp of IT systems, first experience with SAP or process modelling is a plus but not required
Working style: structured, detail-oriented and enjoying thinking through complex end-to-end processes
Team spirit: strong communicator and keen to work in a global, dynamic team
