Working Student Source to Pay – S/4 HANA Implementation

As part of our global S/4 HANA rollout, we are digitalizing and optimizing our finance and procurement processes to a new level. As a working student in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) area, you are right in the middle of the action: you actively support our Master Author in the global transformation and build the bridge to our international teams.

• Project support: You work closely with the Master Author for the end-to-end process "Source to Pay" and actively support the S/4 HANA implementation.
• Administrative support: You assist in preparing and following up on project meetings and workshops (e.g., creating presentations, milestones…)
• International interface: You communicate confidently with our worldwide Shared Service Center Accounting teams and help integrate them successfully into the new processes.
• Process documentation & training: You support the creation, updating, and translation of process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Quality assurance: You help prepare and conduct system tests as well as data cleansing and maintenance in the new system.

• Ongoing studies: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree program.
• Language skills: Since you work closely with our international Shared Service Centers, you communicate fluently and confidently in German and English (written and spoken). Additional language skills are an advantage.
• IT affinity: You have a quick grasp of IT systems. First experience with SAP (ideally S/4 HANA) or in process modeling is a big plus, but not required.
• Work style: You work in a structured, detail-oriented manner and enjoy delving into complex end-to-end processes.
• Team spirit: You are a strong communicator and enjoy working in a global, dynamic team.
