Expert Co-Usage Radio Planning

Expert Co-Usage Radio Planning (m/f/d) - Manage and responsibility for implementation of network expansion strategies and planning concepts for building or modernizing mobile networks with focus on so-called Co-Usage sites (multiple network operators at one site).

• You control and are responsible as Expert Planning (m/f/d) proactively for the implementation of network expansion strategies and planning concepts for the construction or modernization of mobile networks with focus on so-called Co-Usage sites (multiple network operators at one site).
• You are responsible for the creation of site designs for the mobile network (radio/access network) and make the decision on the determination of site configurations and system technology.
• You are in constant exchange with the other operators at the site to enforce the best possible network configuration of Vodafone in the sense of Co-Usage.
• You control the project directly at the interface to a dedicated network of external partners and are the first contact person for national network operators, tower companies and their partners in the project.

• Completed university education or equivalent qualification.
• At least 4 years of professional experience.
• In-depth experience in telecommunications technology.
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking and working, sound knowledge in professional project management.
• Negotiation skills to enforce Vodafone's interests with other network operators and tower companies and their partners.
• In-depth knowledge of market environment, current legal and technological developments.
• Existing network in the market of national network operators and their partners is an advantage.
• Very good German skills in word and writing (C1 according to CEFR).
