Direct Sales Area Manager

• As Direct Sales Area Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the expansion and development of the sales representative organization.
• You are responsible for the recruitment and onboarding process of new sales representatives in your area of responsibility.
• You control the coordination and decision-making in the allocation of sales potentials in new and existing customer business.
• You contribute to sales planning as well as the planning and development of the regional direct sales organization.
• You are responsible for the development and implementation of targets including monitoring of the region, teams, and Vodafone advisors.
• You implement measures and competitions in direct sales and are responsible for implementing the quality parameters specified by the company in the sales line.
• You are responsible for the training and further education of team leader candidates and implement product changes or promotions in your own sales area.
• You work with sales partner management and business customer sales.

• A completed degree in business administration and at least two years of relevant professional experience or a completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of experience in leading sales teams (at least 5 years).
• Ideally leadership experience.
• Experience in dealing with and recruiting freelance sales representatives.
• Knowledge of commercial agent law advantageous.
• High commitment, flexibility, and resilience.
• Analytical thinking, high negotiation skills, and a representative and confident appearance.
• Willingness to travel.
• English skills in word and writing (C1 CEFR) are an advantage.
