Intern Human Resources with focus Youth & Recruiting in Düsseldorf

You work independently during your internship on the organization and execution of (virtual) selection processes for youth target groups across the entire company. You support the team with administrative tasks and plan projects independently. You are the contact person for internal and external inquiries on the topics of internships and trainee programs. You help us further develop intern activities and implement internal HR measures, actively shaping our Vodafone Spirit.

• You support the team with administrative tasks and plan projects independently.
• You are the contact person for internal and external inquiries on the topics of internships and trainee programs.
• You help us further develop intern activities and implement internal HR measures, actively shaping our Vodafone Spirit.

• You are either enrolled or currently in a gap year.
• You study business administration, (business) psychology or a comparable field with good academic performance.
• You drive your topics independently with initial knowledge in personnel selection and good knowledge of MS Office.
• You are passionate about HR topics, have great fun with organizational tasks and dealing with a wide variety of target groups in the company.
• You speak German and English.
