• You work on projects around HR marketing, strategic talent acquisition, recruiting and employer branding for the retail area actively.
• You help us as reinforcement of our team to implement HR marketing activities and bring your ideas for recruiting and optimization of applicant quality.
• You analyze the effectiveness of our measures in the form of reports.
• You work closely with our team and the various interfaces in the Consumer Sales area and gain insight into the Vodafone world.
• Become a full team member and support us in the conception, evaluation and implementation of new strategies and campaigns.
• You help us organize content, create reports and take on administrative tasks and actively shape our Vodafone spirit.

• You study economics, (business) psychology or a comparable field preferably in a higher semester.
• You have a strong interest in modern HR management, enjoy online marketing and the evaluation of measures based on key figures and bring first Excel experience.
• You drive your topics forward independently with first knowledge in talent acquisition and project management.
• You are creative and no one beats you in communication, organization and comprehension.
• You speak German and English.
