Volksbank Darmstadt Mainz offers a three-year work-integrated study program in business administration and international management. The theoretical phases at Berufsakademie Rhein-Main in Rödermark alternate with practical phases in Darmstadt and other bank departments.

You support customer experiences and specialist topics in private banking, gain insight into other departments, work on projects, and develop knowledge of accounting, finance, human resources, project management, digital management, law, controlling and international innovation management.
