Here's how your apprenticeship works: 2.5 years apprenticeship duration; flexible working hours within our opening and consulting hours in the financial centers; good salary: 1st year €1,443, 2nd year €1,504, 3rd year €1,576 gross plus €40 capital-forming benefits per month (as of 05/2026); 30 days vacation per calendar year; subsidy for JobTicket; free salary account and credit card for you; accompanying internal instruction for technical topics, methodical training, consulting simulations, video analysis, etc. In these areas we train you: Private customer business - customer consulting in our financial centers; Credit business - commercial customers, corporate customers, construction financing; Wealth advisory - upscale customer business, securities; Various internal areas optional, e.g., marketing, accounting, organization; Vocational school instruction two days per week at Berufskolleg Königstraße in Gelsenkirchen.

Completed school diploma (at least Realschulabschluss); interest in economic topics and numbers; communication and team skills; service orientation and customer focus; clear expression and command of German language; organizational talent and structured work approach; sense of responsibility and reliability; first experience in commercial field is a plus
