You are our organizational talent. In your apprenticeship, you learn how to plan the daily office routine, create presentations, and accompany projects. You communicate daily with customers, colleagues, and business partners – by phone, email, or in person – and thus build stable relationships. In the focus on assistance and secretariat, you organize trips, plan training sessions, and take care of everything important for smooth office management. You gain insights into accounting, invoice creation, dunning, and the dispatch of our craftspeople. With the focus on HR, you learn how recruiting, payroll accounting, apprenticeship organization, and back office work. It is important to us that you understand how our business runs – therefore you get insight into all important processes of the real estate industry. Your vocational school is the Louis-Baare-Berufskolleg in Bochum. Here you learn the theory that you can directly apply in your daily work.

You have at least a good secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or intermediate school diploma. You see yourself as a team player and open interaction with colleagues is important to you. Clear, friendly, and understandable communication is a matter of course for you. Planning and organizing are in your blood. You want to actively shape your apprenticeship with initiative and commitment. Continuously acquiring new knowledge and developing yourself further gives you pleasure. You like working in a team and finding solutions together with others.

An attractive apprenticeship remuneration that increases every year: €1,395 in the 1st year, €1,555 in the 2nd year, €1,685 in the 3rd year. Very good chances of being taken on after your apprenticeship. 30 vacation days plus additional free days on 24.12., New Year's Eve, and for learning. Your further development is important to us: You regularly change departments, receive ongoing feedback, participate in training, and can gain nationwide experience.
