• Acquisition of fundamental engineering knowledge with a particular focus on electronics and modern automotive technology
• Transfer of relevant knowledge in mathematics, physics, and computer science to support a sound understanding of electrical engineering challenges
• Development of both theoretical and practical skills in core areas of electrical engineering, such as electronics, systems theory, and microcomputer technology
• Solid theoretical foundation provided through the dual study program in Electrical and Information Engineering at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University, combined with hands-on application in our company
• Practical application of acquired knowledge in real-world projects to promote a holistic understanding of technical and operational contexts
• Freedom to choose training departments such as Project Management, Business Development, and Validation, as well as other exciting areas of the company, enabling you to shape your individual career path

• Strong general or subject-specific university entrance qualification (with a successfully passed aptitude test at the Cooperative State University, if applicable)
