• Support in managing relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Participation in the creation of communication and marketing campaigns.

• Collaboration in continuous improvement projects

• College degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or Project Management
• Eligible for IEFP Internship + Talento (level 6)
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
• Team-oriented mindset with ease of collaboration across departments.
• Interest in customer engagement and marketing strategies.
• Willingness to learn CRM and other tools (like SAP) and improve client relationship practices
