HR Administrator

To strengthen the team in Hamm, an HR administrator (m/f/d) is wanted as soon as possible.

• Preparing and carrying out payroll
• Recording, maintaining and correcting time management data
• Creating employee master data
• Maintaining personnel files
• Reporting and certification matters
• Travel expense accounting

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further qualification as a certified HR specialist (m/f/d)
• Ideally you hold a trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO) or are willing to acquire it
• Confident use of common office applications
• Desirable: experience with SAP
• Strong communication skills and good self-management
• Structured and independent way of working
