PLC Programmer / Automation Technology

To strengthen our team at the Lübbecke site, we are looking for a PLC Programmer / Automation Technology (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Supervision, maintenance and optimization of automation and control systems (esp. PLC, SCADA, HMI)
• Programming, parameterization and commissioning of control, drive and safety systems
• Error analysis and lasting troubleshooting on complex production plants
• Carrying out tests (system, function and integration tests) and creating technical documentation
• Participation in modernization, retrofit and digitalization projects (incl. MES connection)
• Coordination of external service providers and close cooperation with internal departments (e.g. maintenance, production, IT/MES and OT security)
• Contribution to OT security and network concepts

• Completed training as an automation technician, electronics technician for automation technology, mechatronics technician or a comparable qualification
• Experience in operating or maintaining industrial automation systems
• Sound knowledge of PLC programming, preferably with Siemens Step7 / TIA Portal
• Experience with HMI and SCADA systems (e.g. WinCC or comparable systems)
• Knowledge of drive technology, especially parameterization and troubleshooting (e.g. SEW, Lenze or Danfoss)
• Knowledge of industrial networks and fieldbus systems (e.g. Profibus, Profinet, Modbus TCP / RTU)
• Advantage: Further training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman in automation or electrical engineering
• Advantage: First experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and MES systems
• Advantage: Basic knowledge of OT security (e.g. network segmentation, firewalls, IEC 62443)
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Team skills and willingness to be on call (depending on area of work)
• German: fluent spoken and written
• English: good knowledge
