AI Production Lead

As AI Production Lead (m/f/d), you will take on a key leadership role within our growing AI department. You will be responsible for planning, managing and continuously advancing sophisticated AI productions for leading international brands. In this role, you will combine deep technological expertise with a strong understanding of production processes, commercial awareness and confident leadership of both teams and client relationships. Your focus will be on developing and implementing scalable AI workflows that ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency and reliable results – even at high production volumes. You will be our technology expert, technical lead, trusted advisor to our clients and a driving force behind the continuous evolution of our AI production capabilities.

AI Production Management: Take full responsibility for planning, organizing and successfully delivering complex AI productions – from the initial client briefing to final delivery. Project Leadership & Team Coordination: Lead interdisciplinary project teams across AI, Creative, Production and Project Management, ensuring clear responsibilities, timelines and quality objectives. Scalable Workflows: Develop, implement and continuously optimize standardized and automated AI production workflows for image and video content. Technological Expertise: Evaluate, select and integrate suitable AI models, tools and technologies to maximize quality, efficiency and scalability. Technical Feasibility: Translate creative and commercial requirements into robust, reliable and reproducible production solutions. Client Management: Act as a trusted advisor and key contact for national and international clients at a senior level – from strategic consulting to hands-on execution. Quality Management: Ensure consistent, brand-aligned and high-quality results across large-scale production volumes. Efficiency & Commercial Performance: Take ownership of productivity, resource allocation, production quality and the commercial success of AI workflows. Innovation & Development: Continuously identify emerging technologies and turn new opportunities into production-ready, scalable solutions. Knowledge Sharing: Establish and share best practices, standards and technological expertise across interdisciplinary teams.

Several years of relevant professional experience in a senior-level role with significant responsibility in Generative AI, AI Content Production, Creative Technology or technology-driven content production. Strong expertise in Generative AI, including current models, technologies, tools, production pipelines and automated workflows. Proven experience in scalable production processes, ideally within professional image and video production, e-commerce or international brand environments. Experience in independently managing complex projects and providing technical leadership to interdisciplinary project teams. A confident and professional approach to working with demanding clients, combined with strong consulting skills, excellent communication abilities and a high level of professionalism. Excellent organizational skills, a structured and reliable approach to work, and the ability to manage complex productions efficiently and effectively. An entrepreneurial mindset, a strong commitment to quality and a clear understanding of commercial efficiency, productivity and scalability. Excellent English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage. Willingness to work regularly on-site at our main production location in Bremen, as close collaboration, project coordination and direct client interaction are essential parts of this role. Experience with node-based and automated AI workflows, such as ComfyUI, API integrations or Python. In-depth knowledge of professional photography, film, CGI or post-production processes. Experience in building, transforming or scaling technology-driven production teams. An understanding of the specific requirements of international fashion, lifestyle and e-commerce brands. Experience in mentoring, coaching or supporting the professional development of colleagues and project teams.
